Multi-Language support and some other features

I been working a bit since two weeks to improve some of the code and fix some of the animation as well as adding actual written rules with the explanation video. Most important thing, I added multi language support. For now there is only 3 available languages but i will be adding more in the futur, if you have a request for a language you want me to add send me private messege

Changes :

-Fixed the FadeToBlack Animation that happens when you load another scene

-Added Multi-Language support 

-Fixed Issue that made Ui elements stretch 

-Fixed some sound bugs and issues
